Senior Data Engineer with ten years in the Microsoft ecosystem, based in Białystok, Poland. I help enterprises build resilient, high-performance data infrastructure that protects revenue streams and operational continuity. Core stack: Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server.
Deep SQL Server expertise - on-premise estates, Azure SQL Database, and Azure SQL Managed Instance - covering performance tuning, indexing strategy, HA/DR (Always On AGs, log shipping, backup posture), and migration readiness between on-prem, IaaS, MI, and Fabric.
I partner with organizations to develop and optimize data platforms that minimize business disruption - engineering for fault tolerance, regulatory compliance, and scalable growth.
